Blog I have no idea The last one I think. Although this was a more sad or a more brutal time of the times, I found it to be quiet interesting. Maybe because my Dad would always talk about the wars. He was in the Army. Of course my dad is extremely bias and had his few choice words as talked about how you would kill anything and everything. At times you seem to remember the more darker times then the good, because for some reason those are the memories that keep coming back Moree than the good. My Grandmother would talk about the Great Depression, she was like ten years old when all that started. Her and her family coming from Spain, it was not easy.My grandfather on my moms. side was from Germany, he did not talk about the Holocaust and I am not sure if he did not prove or not. Being a Catholic and not Jewish may have something to do with it as well .I do not know for sure.

Blog 4 On the Plane As you can see I am not in class because I am on my way to my daughters graduation, PROUD MOM. I could be wrong, but I remember you saying if we were not in class you can talk to someone. So on the plane trip to Missouri I was trying to do some reading and after a while the older gentleman next to me asked if I was reading this book for fun. Of course I laughed and told him that this was for my world history class. We talked for about thirty mins. So, he asked what do you remember. So I went on to tell him about the five major eras paleo, Neo, ancient, classical, and modern eras. Then I was like did you know history did not start until the ancient era. He was confused and was like what do you mean. He was like what about the dinosaurs and stuff. Blog 2. chap 3 and 4 Ancient Era: Where History Began I am not sure if you can tell, I may not comprehend the same as most. So, if what I am posting does not seem right , thats me. Still not knowing if I am doing these blogs correctly. Not even sure what part of the chapter to blog about. One thing that interested me was the Ancient Era which was 3500- 500 . This caught my attention because this is when history started. Why, is this the "real" beginning of history because this is when writing started. So, he says that anything before that is here say or speculation . You were not able to truly prove if things actually happened. We can assume put different pieces together and think they could have happened. In the Ancient era we were able to document what was happening. Write down there memories for the future. History Blog 1 So, I was not sure how to start my blog. I am not tech savvy , but here it goes. When I was younger I really did not like history, my thought then was hit is in the past, what is the point. Now after reading the book I was like, so this was what I was missing. Wow. I should I have payed attention. The different eras are more interesting than I thought. Seeing how they got from place to place not knowing at all where they were going, what was going to be there when there. Yes, they were following a food source, but not to know what to expect. Then the assumption that there was no real ranking order. Everybody does there part. You have the hunters or hunter gathers or gather hunters. Obviously they were not able to settle because if the food source moved so did they. Then this thing called agriculture came where they where able to have a more stable food source.
